The architecture is hardware independent and can be accessed by multiple users. This ensures high productivity across global teams. The installation also uses a database to ensure consistent data handling. With the assignment of access and user rights, several test systems can use the same database independently. This ensures that testing is consistent, efficient and of high quality.

Working intuitively and visually

The workpage provides a wide range of user-friendly control and display elements, to simulate and visualise signals, manage data acquisition and record any changes. While the measurements are being evaluated at the desk, the next set of tests can already be initiated.

Advanced virtual testing

The efficient validation of virtual ECUs at an early stage of development saves time and resources. With PROVEtech:TA you can streamline your validation process and highest performance right from the start. Scenario-based ECU testing is made possible with the integration of the ASAM OpenSCENARIO and OpenDRIVE formats. PROVEtech:TA provides full test coverage for automated regression testing of ADAS/AD systems, while driving simulators facilitate driver-in-the-loop testing. With our SiL testing capabilities in the cloud, scaling your validation efforts has never been easier.

The key to test automation

The key element within the PROVEtech:TA control software is the Test Manager. It integrates the environment for programming the test scripts and the comprehensive management of all existing and executed testcases, including revision control. The test scripts can run separately or in groups and they are stored together with the test results and reports in a database. Flexible interfaces provide direct DLL access and facilitate the seamless integration of third-party software including Viacom, gRPC, .NET, eliminating the need for wrappers or additional dependencies. Additionally use Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) to connect Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools or integrate PROVEtech:TA in your CI/CD tool chain with our Jenkins plugin. The direct integration of the fault simulation module helps you to easily inject electrical faults into the wiring or to manipulate the network topology.

Testing in real-time

For precise time measurement and reaction, tests using the Real-Time Automation Engine (RTAE) run on a real-time computer but it is useable also for non-real-time platforms. The automation Library helps defining the according sequences even in parallel execution with the highest performance. It can be used for HiL and SiL and is the best possibility to reuse your test cases without adaptions. Elastic timing for SiL is automatically handled.

Integrated diagnostics

The diagnostics module in PROVEtech:TA enables the execution of diagnostics services and jobs including secure diagnostics. This typically includes accessing the ECU fault memory, variant coding and flashing. PROVEtech:TA supports ASAM MCD-3 D compliant diagnostic servers of different providers for exchanging standard diagnostic messages with your ECUs using the UDS.

Integrated XCP/CCP communication

Integrated XCP/CCP communication PROVEtech:TA integrates the ASAM XCP/CCP protocols for measurement and calibration in a seamless way. Access all your A2L file signals just like any other signal of your HiL or SiL system and measure them synchronously.

Synchronized measurement

Multirate measurement of signals, messages, video and audio signals. Display signals, messages on the workpage and use widgets for replay or raw message access. Full AUTOSAR support for message disassembly with AUTOSAR ARXML files.
