In today’s fast-paced industry, the efficiency of production processes is crucial for a company’s success. Our team has recently implemented a Proof of Concept (PoC) for our innovative solution, AI-Core, in combination with PROVEtech, at a client’s manufacturing facility. This project demonstrates how AI technologies can significantly improve quality and efficiency within an assembly line.
The Role of AI-Core Platform in Production
As part of the project, a standard camera was utilized to document the production processes. The collected image data is analyzed by AI-Core TestAId which is trained to recognize the correct workflow. This enables real-time analysis during production: errors are detected instantly and displayed on a monitor, allowing for immediate corrective actions to be taken.

The incorporation of live feedback on the monitor enhances quality and boosts speed and efficiency.
